Holistic Yoga
Did you know that the heart of yoga is meditation? The physical practice of yoga (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) are tools designed to prepare the mind and body for stillness.
Grounded in yoga ethics, we’ll flow through 75 minutes of yoga postures to build strength and flexibility, practice 15 minutes of breathwork to regulate the nervous system and balance energy, and conclude with a 30-minute guided meditation to cultivate inner stillness. Beginners to the practice are always welcome.

Full Moon Ceremony + Cacao
Join Erika and Gleydy for Moonlight Ritual: Releasing Through the Heart, a sacred gathering under the Libra Full Moon. This ceremony is an invitation to release old relationship patterns, restore balance within, and honor both self and others. Through the heart-opening medicine of cacao, we’ll create space for clarity, healing, and reconnection. This is a moment to pause, reflect, and realign with the harmony your soul is seeking.

Rest in Awareness, Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra
Join Christina Rodriguez, 500RYT, 200E-RYT, YACEP for an evening of deep rest as we blend the gentle practices of restorative yoga and yoga nidra. This 90-minute class includes 60 minutes of restorative yoga, where props are used to support and hold the body, promoting profound physical and mental release. We’ll conclude with a 30-minute guided yoga nidra, an ancient meditative practice translated as “dynamic sleep.” This practice cultivates a state of non-doing, allowing us to release deep-seated tension and emerge feeling lighter and deeply nourished.

Tai Chi and Sound Healing Session
Join us for a rejuvenating hour of tranquility and healing. Our session begins with a Tai Chi class led by Mary followed a Sound Healing session by Karen.

Nurture: Restorative Yoga + Sound Bath
In this 90-minute practice, Christina Rodriguez 500RYT, 200ERYT, YACEP, will guide you through restorative yoga, using props to fully support your body in long-held postures. As you settle into stillness, Sarah Kripper, Vibrational Healing Guide, will offer a soothing sound bath, using the power of sound and vibration to encourage deep relaxation and energetic release.

Resilience Workshop: Building a Home Yoga Practice That Lasts
Join Christina Rodriguez for a three-hour workshop on the importance of home practice for lifelong yoga practitioners. This session will help you think expansively about what yoga practice can be—showing that it is adaptable, spacious, and capable of meeting you exactly where you are in life.

Compassion + Kinship: A Women's Circle
Join us for an afternoon of connection, reflection, and community in a welcoming and inclusive space. Through guided compassion meditation, journaling, and heartfelt conversation, we will explore what it means to cultivate compassion for ourselves and others. Led by skilled facilitators, Christina Rodriguez, 500RYT, 200ERYT, YACEP and Reanna Livingston, 500ERYT, RPTY, YACEP, this gathering offers a supportive environment to slow down, share, and be in kinship with one another. Light refreshments will be provided.

I am Supported. Rise. Grief Yoga®
Knowing that you can count on friends and family in your times of loss and struggle is a huge gift. However, many times our grief makes others uncomfortable. They would like you to move on and often bright side your feelings. This can lead to isolation. You are welcome to show up to this grief yoga class and community however you need to…no feelings left behind. It is a privilege to support you.
You are invited to an all-levels experience that includes a time for free-flow journaling with prompts. You will then move through the Compassionate Cycle of Transformation. You will use yoga, movement, breath and sound to release struggle. This makes room to honor and remember with more love than pain. Please bring your own mat. Blocks and bolsters are provided.

A note about Christina’s approach to breathwork - Christina teaches breathwork using a trauma-informed lens as part of a holistic yoga practice. She does not encourage altered states of consciousness in her classes. Her intention is always to bring you back home to your body. If you are pregnant or have been diagnosed with a lung condition, please contact her before registering to discuss whether this offering is suitable for you.

Lakshmi designed this class with an optimal number of foundational and functional yoga poses and Pilates exercises that will be ideal for a beginner. Drawing from my own experience and that of others, she is intentional about creating this true and safe beginner's small group class set at a slower pace. The small group setting is a mindful choice that encourages you to explore poses and movement with freedom of curiosity. You can arrive the way you are bringing your whole self.
Lakshmi holds the following certifications: 200 hrs RYT, 500 hrs Comprehensive Pilates teacher, Cognitively based Compassion training teacher (Certified by Emory Compassion Center)

Moving with a Broken Heart. Grief Yoga®
The Hallmark holiday of Valentine's Day can make people experiencing loss feel alone and unseen. Facilitator: Jen Herndon is a yoga therapist, currently completing her Advance Certification via Breathing deeply. She has her Grief Yoga® certification and is a peer-to-peer grief educator. Jen has a wide perspective from her 29 years as a physical therapist assistant. Working in hospitals and an Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit has give her a breadth of wisdom and a unique outlook on healing and trauma.
