Humble Warrior Flow

Join Lakshmi onThursday, February 6th and February 13th at 5pm, for an invigorating 60-minute session that blends the best of Yoga and Pilates.

This dynamic sequence of poses and movements is designed to boost your flexibility, strengthen your core, and enhance your balance, leaving you feeling revitalized and centered.

Lakshmi is a certified 200RYT, Certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor and a Certified CBCT (Cognitively Based Compassion Training) teacher.

When: Thursday, February 13, 6-5pm
