Holistic Yoga

Did you know that the heart of yoga is meditation? The physical practice of yoga (asana) and breathwork (pranayama) are tools designed to prepare the mind and body for stillness.

Join Christina Rodriguez, 500RYT, 200E-RYT, YACEP for this two-hour session, where you’ll experience a holistic journey through the system of yoga, blending movement, breathwork, and meditation. Grounded in yoga ethics, we’ll flow through 75 minutes of yoga postures to build strength and flexibility, practice 15 minutes of breathwork to regulate the nervous system and balance energy, and conclude with a 30-minute guided meditation to cultivate inner stillness. Beginners to the practice are always welcome.

When: Sunday, February 2, 2-4pm

Investment: $35. Please bring your own mat. Blocks, bolsters, and blankets are available for your use. Please contact Christina with any questions.
